We have one at work and the middle 2 flaps that tucks just stop working it's the little arm and the big curve arm anyone have any ideas could it be a photo eye not seeing the box .

How do I fix it so that the tape doesn't seal two boxes together all the time? I have that problem with mine... it'll just start taping multiple boxes together; so how do I fix it? ALSO How do I fix the machine when the black rotating part starts crushing all the boxes?

these work great when they are working... As a maintenance guy that used to work on these they were very fussy. But once you had em dialed in they put in good work.

Suction problems grabs like 10 boxes in row but then jams alot
grabbing the vertical box at front of magazine is generally the tabs. they need to just barely hold the front one from falling. Also if you get a run of extra stiff boxes its gonna be tougher to pull past the tabs. also check the integrity of the suction cups and make sure no trash in the lines.
pearson makes the best case sealers ive ever seen. I have worked on 3 m combi little davids and pearsons
